You enter an unusual place, your gaze will be drawn to the curiosities and objects of our Nemozian universe, and will be drawn to the central fireplace distilling its sparks of well-being. Its elevated hearth, essential, for preparing the real raclette over a wood fire: an essential celebrity of the house.

We pay the greatest attention to the selection of products and produce homemade cuisine.






MEATS

Our meats from the Clavisy farm, French or German, accompanied by various vegetables, a local touch with Dauphinois gratin and Savoyard crozets.

PISCES

Fresh fish depending on availability and of course trout from our tanks, caught when you order, an absolute condition for offering you trout with blue cheese (not cheese) but the color taken by the skin during cooking.

DESSERTS

Pastries, seasonal fruit tarts, chocolate cake with raspberry center, iced nougat with walnuts, farmhouse fromage blanc, three chocolate cake, homemade lemon meringue tart like all the desserts mentioned not to mention the creation of the dessert of the moment.

WINES

The wine list has been enriched with our favorites, all of which are wines from neighboring producers, Savoie, Côte du Rhône, further afield Catalan, Burgundy, Loire, Bordeaux, Corsica...
